| Diet |
As balanced as possible in a busy life – emphasis on whole grains, fruits and vegetables, fish, and chicken (and a weakness for take-out Chinese and chocolate cake). No wheat, allergic to dairy - which I've decided is a gift from God, as it keeps me in line and eating healthy! |
Supplements
|
I don’t really take any, other than an Emergen-C packet every morning, which is my coffee! I do take acidophilus, which are probiotic “healthy” bacteria, when I remember to |
